the staff showed genuine care and attentiveness. i received a little gift bag upon my arrival, it was so sweet. the modern interior felt fresh, a lovely welcome after a long journey.
i found the room to be quite warm, opening the window helped, but the noise from the nearby road was noticeable throughout the night.

the superior double room offered a really comfortable bed, a welcome respite after travel. a decent shower offered a refreshing start to each day of my stay. the room provided enough space to relax and unwind.

the staff was friendly and the room was clean.
the room felt quite dated (it seems like it's seen better days). the sealant in the bathroom had mould, and i definitely would not take a bath there. the room service form lacked a pen, which i found rather annoying.

the pool and gym facilities were available and provided some opportunity for exercise.
the room i was allocated had noticeable cleanliness issues. dust was apparent on surfaces and the bathroom showed signs of mould. the lack of attention to detail, such as scuffed doors, contributed to a poor impression.
